If you’re finishing up last minute shopping and aren’t sure what to get for your foodie, wellness, or fitness friends, I’ve got you covered. In this blog I’ve included my favorite items that would make great gifts for your friends, family, or yourself! I love supporting small, women-owned, and POC-owned businesses, sustainable and eco-friendly brands, and brands that focus on women’s health.
Over the past couple years, I have been blessed to work with so many incredible brands and they have been generous enough to create special discount codes so that I can pass the savings onto you! Check out my Health and Wellness Holiday Gift Guide below.
Elix Healing
As someone who has struggled with painful periods for nearly two decades, I often felt like it would be my forever reality. So when I discovered Elix in 2021, I just knew I had to give it a try. Since then, my menstrual pain has severely reduced, I don’t deal with bloating, nausea, period poops, or vomiting.
My goal is to completely wean off of pain meds and Elix gets me closer to that goal each day. It’s a personalized herbal supplement rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine practices and backed by clinical research. It helps women of all ages balance hormones, so it’s perfect for anyone who suffers with chronic conditions such as PCOS, uterine fibroids, endometriosis, or fertility struggles.
I love that the kit comes with instructions on how to use everything and how to take it during the day. Check out their website to learn more and take an assessment to find out what your unique formula your body needs. Use my code WHATWOULDJENNEAT30 for 30% off the entire website until December 31, 2023.
Parade
I love that they offer cute cotton underwear, bras, matching sets, bodysuits, sleep/loungewear and more. They have a wide selection of comfortable garments with a focus on sustainability–a win for you and the planet! Click here to use my code WHATWOULDJENNEAT for 20% off your order.
Ova Moon
I’m a huge fan of their Daily Flo Menstrual Cycle Support tea. I’ve noticed many benefits from sipping this tea daily at least 1 week leading up to my period to maximize its benefits. It’s 100% organic and packed with amazing herbs like red raspberry leaf, oat straw and nettle to help rebalance hormones, and can provide support for a PMS-free, pain-free cycle! Zulay Kitchen
Zulay offers amazing, affordable kitchen gadgets and accessories. I’m loving my new Collapsible Colander Kitchen Strainer. It’s just what I’ve been needing to help make food prep much easier and quicker. It’s sturdy, fits perfectly in my sink, and I love that it’s easy to store away after use.
I’m also loving my new Silicone Baking Mat Sheet. It makes it so easy have fun while making baked goods in the comfort of your kitchen.

Cariloha Sustainable Bamboo Sheets
If you’re looking for high quality, sustainably made sheets, check out Cariloha. One recent healthy lifestyle change I’ve made is upgrading my bedding. What we put on our body is just as important as what we put inside our body.
Did you know we spend an average of 36 years in bed? Some of the most common toxic chemicals found in traditional bedsheet fabric are formaldehyde, pesticides, synthetic dyes, and many other harmful substances. These could worsen allergies, skin irritation, and contribute to other health issues.
I love how deliciously soft, sustainable, breathable these bamboo sheets are! The white color looks so crisp and clean like the feeling of luxury hotel sheets.

Veladya Organica
This is another one of my favorites! Formerly known as “Earth Mama Medicine”, I love her warmth, calm demeanor, and knowledge of women’s health and holistic practices.
When it comes to her products, I truly trust her ingredients. The items I’ve purchased include her yoni steam herbs, herbal reset tea, and affirmation e-book. Her yoni steam herbs are very popular, and I’ve noticed tend to sell out quickly. I’ve researched tons of other yoni steam herb blends, but Veladya Organica comes out on top. You can also check out her YouTube channel for instructions on how to safely yoni steam. Personally, I try to steam a few days after my cycle ends, but before ovulation begins.
Her Poppy Co.
I discovered Her Poppy around Black Friday last year as I was researching black owned brands to highlight for the holidays. It’s an all-natural body oil made for people with periods.
Her Poppy is formulated to help relieve cramps, bloating, and improve your mood while on your period. There are two things I love most: the ingredients such as ginger oil (a powerful anti-inflammatory) and jojoba oil, and the delicious scent! I experience nausea while on Day 1 of my period and sometimes during ovulation, so certain smells can be nauseating for me.
The best part is that once you begin rubbing it on your abdomen, you’ll instantly feel the warm, soothing sensation and feel relaxed. I love how quickly it works! It can be used on your stomach, back, and I’ve even used it on my temples for headaches. Click here to use my code JENKAY20 for 20% off your order.
Live Like You Green It
It’s a black female owned vegan, organic, and sustainable skincare brand based in Miami and sold on Etsy and her website.
The shop owner, Dani, is the best! She’s very thoughtful and intentional about her products and their ingredients. My favorites by far are the natural, baking soda-free deodorant cream in grapefruit and geranium scent and the vegan peppermint lip balm.
The deodorant is so smooth and easy to apply, unlike other natural deodorants I’ve tried. The smell isn’t overpowering at all, which is good for sensitive folks. The lip balm is deliciously minty and applies well. It’s perfect for keeping your lips moisturized in the winter!
The packaging is zero-waste, meaning no plastics are used on the product or the shipping box. I love that her shop is eco-friendly and will certainly get more deodorant when I run out—it’s just that good!
UIN Footwear
I love farmers market trips in my comfy UIN shoes. I love vibrant colors and these shoes are incredibly lightweight, eco-friendly, and perfect for running errands or daily walks.
I have the Leopard and Beauty pair from the Toledo Collection. I also have the Venus de Milo pair pictured below (they are so artsy and adorable!). They have so many styles to choose from. Sosha Bianca Studios
This brand is all about sustainable fashion and practicing an eco-conscious lifestyle, which is important to me. I came across her Instagram around summertime last year and purchased quite a few things from her shop. Her items range from 100% cotton underwear, lounge sets, and dresses.
