One of the first steps I took to eating more plant-based foods was incorporating greens into my meals each day. My goal was to eat a variety of leafy green vegetables at least twice a day. This is important for reducing chronic inflammation in the body, the culprit of painful periods.
Sautéed Turmeric Kale & Spinach
Ingredients
- Washed kale and spinach
- Pink Himalayan salt or sea salt
- Turmeric
- Onion Powder
- Black pepper
- 1tsp apple cider vinegar
